Chairman and Chief Executive Officer – Mahesh Sagaonkar

Our Director, Mahesh Sagaonkar comes with overall 26 years of industry experience, including more than 22 years of experience in SAP.  Mahesh has been part of 6 end-to-end SAP implementation projects in global market.  With his international exposure of around 7 years, including 4 years in US, Mahesh got familiar with heterogeneous multi-culture, multi-language work environment.

Mahesh acquired SAP skills, such as – SD, IS Media, IS Auto, FS-CD, along with his program/project management skills, while working with a wide range of industries – Retail, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing Services, Media, Forestry Products, and Insurance.  He has worked on large implementation and global roll-out projects, transition, feasibility study, client consolidation, and AMS.

As a Program Manager in the US, Mahesh managed a team of more than 50 consultants.  While working in UAE, he delivered end-to-end implementation across 5 locations with 38% cost saving.  Mahesh was awarded ‘Feather in My Cap Award’ for stabilizing project in Insurance industry and winning a deal worth USD 4M.  Mahesh also prepared white paper on Roll-out project and IS Media, and standardized templates on Implementation and Roll-out project.
